Stargate Yule & Kingdom Dance

Remember when you were young, and the hope that Father Christmas was real helped you be a good boy or girl all year long? Well, those days are here again! Come join us at Stargate Yule.

Have you been naughty or nice? Father Christmas is making a list and checking it twice. He’ll be at Stargate Yule!

Will you get coal, or something better? Search your soul, maybe write him a letter!
 

Site opens at 9 am and closes at 11 pm
St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church

From I-10 take Blalock Rd north. Site is on the right
between Long Point and Campbell.

Activities will include Kingdom Dance, the Stargate Bardic and A&S Championships, and the Elevation of HE Isabeau Quiquondon to Laurel. In conjunction with Kingdom Dance, there will be a Masked Ball. There will be a merchant instant portraitist on site, so wear your finest garb! Proceeds will go to the Baronial Guard Fund. There will be a fabulous Feast (see menu) to celebrate the season!

There will be a Toys for Tots drive and raffle - for every new or gently used unwrapped toy you bring, you will be entered into the raffle for a prize. If you can volunteer to sit a shift at the event, or have any questions, email Valerie Brown at vbrown3 AT gmail.com.

Site Fee $8 with proof of membership. Non-member fee $3. Children 6-12: $5; 5 and under: free; family max: $24. Feast is $7; children 5 and under: free. Feast is limited, so make reservations with the Feast Steward soon.  Make checks payable to: SCA Inc./Barony of Stargate. ACCEPS is available.

Site is wet. All beverages in period containers only, please. No pets. Service animals only.  Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21 year or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver Form from the parents.
