Along the coast of Ansteorra stand two great Baronies, Stargate and Loch Soilleir, side by side. These Baronies invite you to the 1st annual combined Baronials and Stargate's 35th Baronial Championship Anniversary on April 19th.

In our first multi-group championship, the Baronies of Loch Soilleir and Stargate will each choose a Chivalric, Rapier, Archery, and Equestrian Champion. Double your chances to win! Expect interesting and challenging scenarios with great prizes and a wonderful feast at the end of a great day.

Site Information

NEW SITE!!!  The site is Betenbaugh Farms, at 16916 Brumbelow Rd, Needville TX 77461.

Site opens on Saturday, April 19th at 7:00 am and closes at midnight.

Site fee: $10; $5 (age 5-12); No charge under 5 yrs; $30 Family max. Feast: $7.00. Non-members $3 additional surcharge. Make checks payable to SCA Inc., Barony of Stargate. Acceps is available.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21 year or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver form from the parents. The site is Equestrian-friendly, negative Coggins required. Site is wet in period containers. Site is very primitive with limited water - it is recommended to bring extra water for personal use. Service animals only.

Directions: From Houston: take TX Hwy 59 S to Hwy 99/Crabb River Road exit, turn left, under freeway, you will be on FM 2759. Continue south to the junction with FM 762. Take 762 South, (you will go straight, across the RR tracks), till you get to the intersection with FM 1994 South, again you will go straight, until you reach the junction with 361. Turn left, (it is a dogleg) and travel 1 mile to Brumbelow Rd, turn left. The farm is about 2.5 miles down on the right.
