Bardic
Competitors required to perform two pieces, at least one a period
piece with documentation. Bonus points if the two pieces are from
different branches of the bardic arts. Bonus points also given for
pieces seldom heard in the SCA. Judging is scheduled from 1:00 pm to
3:30 pm. The format is a single round, with each performer in turn doing
both of his or her pieces.
Arts & Sciences
The A&S Champion will be chosen through a body of work
competition, with one piece for judge's comments. Documentation required
for selected single piece. Set-up: 9:30 am to noon. Judging
begins: 1 pm.
Children’s A&S (16 yrs and under)
The Children's A&S contest will be
through a single piece with documentation encouraged. Set-up is from 9:30 am to noon, with judging to begin at 1:00 pm.
